Normal Wear & Tear
Everyday wear such as scratches, scuffs, abrasions and worn edges/leather.
Natural Leather Ageing
Patina, gradual softening and changes in appearance.
Accidental Damage
Drops, crushing, cuts, punctures or impacts.
Misuse or Overloading
Excessive force or use beyond the product's intended purpose.
Improper Care
Damage from excessive moisture, unsuitable chemicals or heat.
Unauthorised Alterations
Damage from improper third-party accessories, modifications or repairs.
Every claim is assessed individually. Leather cracking, tearing or peeling caused by a genuine manufacturing defect is not automatically excluded. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

Premium Top-Grain Leather
Natural Leather. Unique Character.
Many TORRO products are handcrafted from premium top-grain cowhide leather. As a natural material, leather develops its own character with use.
Subtle changes in colour, texture and softness, including the development of a natural patina, are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.
However, genuine faults in the materials or construction remain covered by our warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the TORRO warranty?
Eligible products are covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery. The new policy applies to eligible purchases made on or after its confirmed effective date (see Terms & Conditions).
Does the warranty cover natural leather wear?
No. Patina, routine creasing, scuffs and gradual changes in appearance from normal use are not manufacturing defects. Leather failures arising from genuine defects in materials or workmanship may qualify.
Are personalised products covered?
Yes. Eligible personalised products are protected against qualifying manufacturing defects, even though personalised goods are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
What if my product was purchased before the new policy?
Under the proposed commencement rules, the manufacturer’s warranty offered when your product was purchased continues to apply. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if the same product is no longer available?
If a claim is approved and an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or another appropriate remedy, subject to statutory rights.
Does my warranty restart after a replacement?
A replacement or repair under the voluntary warranty does not automatically restart the original 24-month period. Statutory rights are not affected.
Does the warranty cover damage to my phone or belongings?
The voluntary warranty covers qualifying faults in the TORRO product itself. It is not insurance for phones, cards, cash or other belongings. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Can I make a claim if the product was a gift?
Yes, provided the original eligible purchase can be verified with an order reference or other proof of purchase.
Are purchases from Amazon or other TORRO stores covered?
This proposed UK policy applies to eligible purchases through torro-ca.com. Other retail channels and regional websites may have different terms; contact Customer Care for assistance.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty Period & Eligibility
This 2-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty applies to eligible TORRO products purchased on or after 2nd November 2026 and provides cover for 24 months from the date of delivery. Products purchased before this date remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty applicable at the time of purchase. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. It does not cover general wear and tear, natural leather ageing, accidental damage, unsuitable cleaning or care, misuse, overloading, loss or theft, or damage caused by unauthorised alterations. Genuine manufacturing defects remain eligible for assessment even where they involve leather cracking, tearing or peeling.
Repairs, Replacements & Returns
If your claim is approved, TORRO will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement free of charge. If the original product is unavailable, a suitable alternative or another appropriate resolution may be offered. Where a return is required for an approved assessment or remedy, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return postage. The original 24-month term does not automatically restart following a repair or replacement.
Other Items & Liability
This limited warranty applies to the TORRO product itself and is not insurance for electronic devices, cards, cash or other belongings. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your Statutory Rights
This manufacturer’s warranty is additional to and does not replace, restrict or affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to a refund, repair or replacement beyond the voluntary warranty period. See our Returns Policy for further details.
